We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Director to lead and grow one of our busy dealership service departments. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day service operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
- Forecast goals and objectives for the service department and work to achieve them
- Monitor department performance through reports, tracking systems, and customer surveys
- Recruit, train, and motivate shop employees
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Direct and schedule department staff for maximum efficiency
- Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for common labor operations
- Coordinate with the Parts Dept. to ensure timely parts availability
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction ratings
- Provide technical training and coaching to team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience and certification preferred
- Proven leadership experience in an automotive service department
- High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and ESI (Employee Satisfaction Index) scores
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and committed to excellence
- Valid driver’s license
