We are in need of a Facilities Maintenance person for our multiple locations. Under the direction of the Fixed Operations Director, the Facilities Maintenance person will own the job duties listed below:
Responsibilities
- Ability to use a variety of tools in different weather conditions
- Efficiently and safely operate electric and gas-powered hand tools
- Ability to problem solve
- Drive a company van safely between locations
Requirements
- Plumbing experience preferred
- Light electrical repair experience
- Experience as a well-rounded handyman is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- OSHA compliance awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Great work ethic
- Mechanical ability
- Common sense
- Decision making
- Able to work with a team and individually
- Excellent communication skills

Compensation: Hourly based on experience
