What Youll Do:
We are seeking a Project Architect to join our Commercial Studio. This studio is really a catch-all group supporting a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, retail, municipal, K-12, industrial, and athletic projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to take ownership of both public and private projects from concept through construction. As the studio continues to grow and evolve, there is a clear path for advancement into Project Management or other leadership roles, along with the ability to directly influence the teams direction and success.
- Lead architectural design and documentation across a wide range of project types
- Serve as a primary technical resource for project teams
- Coordinate with internal disciplines (structural, civil, MEP, etc) and external consultants
- Oversee production of construction documents and ensure quality/control standards
- Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
- Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong relationships
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Typically, at least 510 years of professional experience in architecture
- Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred, but not required
- Strong experience with construction documents and technical detailing
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Experience across multiple project types (public and private) strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of building codes and permitting processes
What We Offer:
We are targeting a base salary of $80.000 to $105,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
