- Apply NASA’s reliability standard NASA-STD-8729.1A to vehicle and subsystem designs
- Lead reliability analyses and refine allocations at the component and subsystem level
- Drive FMECA, maintainability analysis, service life analysis, and related assessments in collaboration with integrated product teams
- Support verification and validation of reliability requirements including verification objectives, test plans, and procedures
- Develop and maintain reliability documentation such as analyses, reports, and compliance matrices
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace engineering or a related field
- 7 or more years of experience in reliability, maintainability, and availability engineering
- Experience developing probabilistic reliability models
- Demonstrated experience with NASA, DoD, or equivalent reliability standards
- Experience working through the systems engineering lifecycle
- Proficiency with reliability analysis tools and software
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-driven and able to meet critical deadlines
