- Design and maintain secure, auditable CI/CD pipelines
- Lead DevSecOps strategy, embedding security into every phase of delivery
- Manage cloud/hybrid environments (AWS GovCloud)
- Champion Infrastructure-as-Code practices for traceability and compliance
- Collaborate across software, systems, and compliance teams
- Drive observability, monitoring, and incident response readiness
- Integrate with Atlassian stack (Bitbucket, Jira, Bamboo)

What You’ll Need:
- 5 years in DevOps or related field, with 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in AWS GovCloud and container orchestration (K8s, Docker)
- Proficiency with Bamboo Data Center, GitOps workflows, and IaC tools
- Skilled in Python, Java, and Bash
- Familiarity with aerospace or defense-grade standards (e.g. DO-178C, MISRA, CMMI)
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Must be a U.S. Person
