What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Power Systems Engineer position at EVONA?
Electrical Engineer – Power Systems & PCB Design
Irvine, CA | Onsite
Please note due to ITAR restrictions US Citizens or US Permanent Residents (Green Card)
EVONA is partnering with an innovative Earth observation company building next-generation remote sensing spacecraft. With a rapidly expanding US presence, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to play a critical role in owning payload electrical architecture and integration for flight missions.
This role will be the first hire into a brand new Payload team as part of this US expansion, offering ample opportunity for career growth and leadership as the team grows.
They’re hiring a senior Electrical Engineer to take ownership of the electrical architecture across a complex payload system. This role sits at the intersection of power design, board-level electronics, and system integration.
This is not a narrow, siloed design role. You’ll be responsible for how everything connects.
Spacecraft experience is welcome, but not essential. If you’ve worked in aerospace, defense, UAV, advanced automotive, or other complex high-reliability environments, this could be a strong fit.
