Associate Director of Sales, Unmanned Systems – Remote | Los Angeles, CA 🛠️
A leading unmanned systems technology company is looking for a Director / Associate Director of Sales (US) to own new business acquisition and priority OEM accounts, predominately within the drone industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new drone OEM customers
- Own priority accounts from first engagement through production scale
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Work closely with sales engineering on evaluations and integrations
- Build and maintain a strong, forecastable pipeline
Key Requirements
- 7–10 years B2B hardware sales experience
- Direct experience selling to drone OEMs
- Strong hunter mentality with full-cycle sales ownership
- Comfortable managing technically complex deals
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
