What You’ll Do
- Provide tailored technical and product support to Sales, Marketing, and Government Affairs teams
- Support on-site customer engagements, including work within secure environments (SCIFs)
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to understand and communicate system capabilities
- Develop technical solutions using tools such as ArcGIS Pro, Socet GXP, Python, and SAR-related platforms
- Interpret and communicate SAR system performance, data products, and calibration methodologies
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-facing messaging
- Partner with sales teams to define solutions aligned with customer needs and mission requirements
- Develop and support proposals for data services, system capabilities, and mission solutions
- Structure and coordinate proposal responses based on RFP requirements and internal inputs
- Contribute to technical documentation and ensure alignment across stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- U.S. Citizenship with an active TS/SCI clearance
- 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- 3 years of experience in technical writing, including proposal development (e.g., Shipley or similar methodologies)
- Strong understanding of SAR data products and radar technologies
- Ability to translate customer and sales requirements into structured technical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams
- Background in digital signal processing or engineering physics
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with GEOINT concepts and workflows
- Experience working with government or defense customers
- Exposure to multi-domain satellite data or remote sensing applications
- Work on cutting-edge satellite data and radar-based sensing technologies
- Play a key role in high-impact government and defense programs
- Collaborate with a highly technical, mission-driven team
- Influence solution development from concept through delivery
