Evolve Therapy Group is expanding and seeking motivated clinicians to join our growing team. We are hiring fully licensed therapists who are ready to build a strong caseload with consistent referral support and full administrative backing.

This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive group practice environment.

Optional : Saturday availability(half day) is optional but welcomed and allows for accelerated caseload growth.

Evening clinicians receive priority referral distribution due to high community demand.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Complete timely documentation using our cloud-based EHR
• Utilize evidence-based practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Active Michigan license: FULLY LICENSED
• MUST be able to work teens and/or couples
• Ability to provide both in-person and telehealth sessions
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and professional
