Position Summary

We are seeking a Medical Assistant or Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our expanding TMS and Spravato treatment team at our Hauppauge, Patchogue and Syosset offices. The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care in behavioral health. Training will be provided for TMS and Spravato administration if not already certified.

Key ResponsibilitiesTMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)

• Set up and calibrate TMS equipment based on individualized treatment protocols.
• Administer TMS sessions under physician supervision and monitor patients throughout treatment.
• Accurately document treatment details, session outcomes, and any observed side effects in the EMR (eClinicalWorks).
• Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after sessions.
• Maintain TMS devices, perform regular equipment checks, and report any technical issues promptly.
  
  

Spravato (Esketamine) Therapy

• Prepare treatment rooms and confirm Spravato prescriptions and doses.
• Monitor and record patient vitals and clinical observations before, during, and after treatment.
• Observe for and document any adverse reactions; provide supportive care in a calm and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy) program requirements.
• Communicate with prescribing providers regarding patient progress, response, and followup needs.
  
  

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant (MA), LPN, or RN license required (New York State).
• Previous experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or medical office setting preferred.
• Prior experience with TMS or Spravato treatments a plus (training provided if needed).
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar EMR system preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and observational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a structured yet fastpaced environment.
• Professional, empathetic, and reliable demeanor with a strong focus on patient safety and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work across both Hauppauge and Syosset offices as needed.
