Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Support performance management initiatives, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Handbook updates.
Requirements
- 5 years of HR experience preferred.
- Bachelors in Healthcare Management, Human Resources of equivalent or five plus years experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Techsavvy: able to manage multiple platforms including EMR, internal messaging/task systems, and scheduling tools
- Experience within the healthcare field
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but candidates with strong experience will be considered
