We are seeking a Customer & Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Newburgh, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, customer interaction, and learning in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, test, deploy, and support POS equipment
• Provide first-level technical and customer support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot issues within defined service levels
• Work inside multiple software systems, including our CRM and external programming tools
• Create and manage CRM tickets to resolution
• Assist with after-hours support for customer service and deployment inquiries
• Perform inventory and deployment quality checks
• Participate in product and service training
• Support projects and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze issues and solve problems quickly
• Comfortable learning new software and working in a technology-driven environment
• Proficient with Windows, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background screening
