We are seeking an enthusiastic and determined individual to step into the role of Financial Operations Coordinator. This role is crucial for managing the daily financial flow and client accounts for our busy dental lab. We are looking for a professional known for building strong client loyalty through knowledgeable and authoritative support, with proven effectiveness as a team player and problem solver. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, trainability, and efficiency, and be determined to perform at a continuously high standard to ensure the organizational and financial success of the lab.
Core Competencies
Bookkeeping & Financial Operations: Expertise in performing and recording a variety of transactions relevant to lab operations, including deposits, client payments, and vendor disbursements. Proficient in account maintenance and utilizing multiple software systems (e.g., billing, inventory, and accounting platforms) to meet the lab's financial and client service needs.
Client Relations & Service: Excellent rapport building, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills when interacting with dental office clients. Proven ability to build trusting relationships, manage complex billing inquiries or complaints, and resolve financial conflicts effectively. Experienced in responding to clients' questions regarding invoices, statements, and payment terms.
Training & Workflow Development: Ability to deliver consistent one-on-one or group training sessions related to new accounting software, billing procedures, or operational protocols. Capable of mentoring new administrative staff for professional growth and success, and establishing realistic financial processing goals to maintain efficiency.
Administrative & Technical: Proficient in managing, updating, and regularly reviewing online customer profiles and utilizing multiple software systems based on client and laboratory needs. This includes ensuring accurate input and maintenance of client billing details and job orders for accurate invoicing.
