Key Responsibilities:
- Systems & Compliance: Manage scheduling and provider additions, ensure OSHA compliance, and oversee policy adherence.
- Team Development: Support new location setups, provide interim office management, and facilitate HR functions including hiring and onboarding.
- HR & Employee Relations: Conduct interviews, oversee onboarding, manage payroll, and handle employee relations.
- Operations Oversight: Track KPIs, conduct audits, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Training & Development: Provide OM training, facilitate performance reviews, and lead operational meetings.
- Legal & Project Management: Ensure legal compliance, plan team events, and drive process improvements.
- Banking: Manage banking setups and access for operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in multi-site operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in operational software and HR practices.

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
