Job Title: Multimedia Content Producer
Job Summary:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Video Production (Primary)
Capture surgical footage (full-arch cases, behind-the-scenes, patient moments) in a clean, compliant, compelling way.
- Film doctor content (educational, authority-building, social clips, testimonials).
- Produce before/after transformations and patient journey stories.
- Shoot headshots and lifestyle branding content for doctors and teams.
Capture product/prosthetic shots (PMMA, zirconia, lab workflow, digital planning.
Editing & Content Creation
Edit short-form videos for:
- Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, & YouTube Shorts
- Paid ads (Meta, YouTube, OTT)
- Create longer-form content:
- Patient stories
- Educational videos
- Case walkthroughs
- Add motion graphics, captions, branding overlays, and calls to action.
Maintain a consistent GPS visual identity and tone.
Social & Marketing Execution
Support social posting cadence (uploading, formatting, optimizing content).
- Assist with content calendar execution across centers.
- Create supporting assets for:
- Email newsletters
- Landing pages
- Internal communications
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns (BoneProtect, Study, Offers, etc)
Creative & Strategy Support
Bring ideas for hooks, angles, and content series (doctor-led, fear-based, educational, etc).
- Help translate complex clinical concepts into simple, patient-friendly visuals.
- Identify trends and adapt them to the GPS brand (without feeling gimmicky).
Work with leadership to elevate brand perception vs “race to the bottom” competitors.
Required Qualifications:
5 years in video production editing (portfolio required)
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, & After Effects (basic motion graphics)
- Video shooting: interviews/ talking head content, social-first vertical video
Ability to work in clinical/surgical environments (professionalism is critical)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, dental, or aesthetics
- Understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing content
- Photography skills (headshots, product, lifestyle)
- Experience managing or supporting social media accounts
Copy instincts (can write a caption or headline that converts)
Success Metrics:
Produce 3-5 high-quality assets per week
- Maintain consistent content output across key centers
- Improve engagement on social
- Contribute to lead-driving creative (ads organic)
- Build a repeatable content engine (not one-off shoots)
- Administrative responsibilities to keep a DAM/Asset library
Work with a team of in-Center clinical marketing members who help provide assets
