Key Responsibilities
The UX Designer will shape end-to-end experiences for a cloud-based technology platform, translating complex workflows, data, and system capabilities into clear, efficient interfaces for web and responsive applications.
The role partners with product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and content designers from discovery through delivery. Success means producing experiences that are intuitive for first-time users, efficient for expert workflows, and measurable through usability testing and product analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma for new product capabilities and workflow improvements
- Translate research findings, customer feedback, analytics, and technical constraints into prioritized experience recommendations
- Maintain and extend a reusable Figma-based design system, including components, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and design tokens
- Collaborate with UX researchers to plan and conduct usability studies, concept tests, interviews, and moderated prototype sessions
- Partner with engineers throughout implementation to clarify interaction details, review builds, and resolve visual, responsive, and accessibility issues
- Present design rationale and tradeoffs to product, engineering, and executive stakeholders using clear documentation and annotated prototypes
- Measure post-launch outcomes through funnel analysis, user feedback, and experimentation, then iterate on experiences based on observed behavior
- 3–6 years of professional experience designing digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped web or SaaS experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, prototyping, variables, and collaborative design workflows
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
- Experience partnering with UX researchers and applying qualitative and quantitative insights to product decisions
- Ability to work effectively with product managers and engineers in Agile or iterative product development environments
- Bachelor’s degree in UX design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience designing data-dense enterprise workflows, familiarity with HTML/CSS and product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4, and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 standards
