Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting workflows for entry-level and early-career roles across software engineering, DevOps, data science, product, and technical operations
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, professional communities, employee referrals, and targeted outbound campaigns
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview plans, calibrate on candidate profiles, and maintain timely feedback loops
- Screen candidates for technical experience, communication skills, motivation, and alignment with role expectations before advancing them to hiring teams
- Coordinate interviews using the ATS and scheduling tools, ensuring candidates receive clear preparation materials and timely updates
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, disposition data, and reporting in systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or comparable recruiting platforms
- Track funnel metrics including sourcing volume, conversion rates, time-to-stage, and offer acceptance, and recommend process improvements
- 0-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or related people-operations experience
- Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, references, and offer processes
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, an applicant tracking system, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet-based reporting
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to software engineering, APIs, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or cybersecurity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with careful attention to candidate experience and follow-through
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple open requisitions, interview schedules, and stakeholder requests in a remote environment
- Bonus: Experience recruiting for venture-backed technology companies, familiarity with GitHub or technical sourcing communities, or a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, communications, or a related field
