Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain CRM workflows, objects, and automation rules in Salesforce to support complex sales cycles
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting in Looker or Tableau to track ARR, win rates, and conversion bottlenecks
- Partner with sales leadership to optimize territory planning, quota allocation, and pipeline management processes
- Audit data hygiene continuously, implementing enrichment processes and validation rules across the tech stack
- Evaluate, procure, and integrate revenue enablement and prospecting tools into the existing ecosystem
- Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition models, commission structures, and annual planning cycles
- 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration and complex data structures; relevant certifications are a strong plus
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI)
- Deep understanding of modern B2B go-to-market funnels, attribution models, and SaaS metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with CPQ tools, Marketo/HubSpot integrations, and Python-based data scripting
