Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM configurations, workflows, and integrations across the sales tech stack including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Build and maintain revenue reporting dashboards in BI tools like Looker or Tableau to track pipeline velocity and conversion rates
- Partner with sales leadership to design territory structures, quota allocations, and compensation plans
- Analyze historical data to identify funnel bottlenecks and forecast quarterly revenue performance
- Develop and enforce data hygiene standards and documentation across all revenue-generating teams
- Execute ad-hoc analytical projects to evaluate the ROI of new go-to-market initiatives
- 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analysis within a B2B technology environment
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and CRM administration with a strong understanding of relational data models
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Certified Salesforce Administrator, experience with CPQ tools, or background in Python for data analysis
