You will maintain and improve the Salesforce and RevTech stack, build pipeline and forecast reporting, and translate messy operational data into decisions leadership can act on.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce administration and hygiene: manage objects, validation rules, workflows, and user permissions across the sales org
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools covering pipeline, conversion, and rep productivity
- Partner with Sales and Finance on forecasting: reconcile CRM data against actuals and flag variance drivers ahead of quarterly reviews
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate RevTech tools (outreach, enrichment, billing, and data-warehouse connectors), managing vendor relationships end-to-end
- Design and document core revenue processes, including lead routing, territory assignment, and opportunity stage definitions
- Run territory and quota planning analyses, modeling scenarios for headcount and segment coverage
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues across the stack, root-causing sync failures between CRM, marketing automation, and the data warehouse
- 3-6 years of revenue operations, sales operations, or business analysis experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced Salesforce administration skills (ADM 201 or equivalent experience preferred)
- Strong SQL skills and comfort analyzing large datasets in a warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Track record of driving process improvements with measurable impact on pipeline velocity or forecast accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience withCPQ, RevOps certifications, or scripting in Python to automate recurring operational reporting
