Project Manager

About The Role

The role drives execution of software development and platform initiatives end-to-end, coordinating engineering, design, and product teams to ship on schedule without sacrificing quality.

You will own planning, tracking, and communication for multiple concurrent projects in a cloud-based SaaS environment, translating ambiguity into clear plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules across 2-3 concurrent engineering workstreams using Jira, Confluence, and Linear
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retros, and cross-functional syncs between engineering, product, design, and QA
• Define and track project KPIs, milestones, and dependencies; build status dashboards and report progress to leadership weekly
• Identify risks, blockers, and scope creep early; drive decisions and escalations to keep delivery on track
• Manage release coordination, including launch checklists, go/no-go criteria, and post-launch retrospectives
• Document processes, decisions, and postmortems to improve team velocity and reduce repeat incidents
• Partner with stakeholders to scope new initiatives, estimate effort, and prioritize against roadmap capacity
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of project or program management experience in software or technology environments
• Hands-on expertise with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Linear
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams of 15 across engineering, design, and product
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to distill technical detail for executive audiences
• Experience with cloud-native SaaS delivery cycles, CI/CD release processes, or platform migrations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification a plus
• Bonus: Experience with data-driven OKR frameworks, SQL or analytics tooling, and managing distributed/remote teams across time zones
