Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of multi-quarter programs, from planning through launch, across engineering, product, and design teams
- Build and maintain program plans in Jira and Notion, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and owners
- Run cross-functional ceremonies: sprint planning syncs, program status reviews, go/no-go readiness checks, and post-launch retros
- Identify and escalate blockers early, negotiating tradeoffs between scope, timeline, and resources with stakeholders at all levels
- Define and report program health metrics (velocity, on-time delivery, risk exposure) to executive leadership in dashboards built with Looker or Tableau
- Coordinate launch readiness across support, marketing, and sales, including documentation, enablement, and rollout plans
- Improve how the team works — refining intake processes, templates, and planning rituals based on retrospective learnings
- 3-8 years of program or project management experience, ideally in software or SaaS environments
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs on schedule
- Hands-on fluency with Jira, Confluence, and modern planning/reporting tools (Notion, Asana, Linear)
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable navigating engineers, PMs, and executives with clear, direct communication
- Analytical mindset: comfortable defining metrics, building dashboards, and making data-backed tradeoff recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience; PMP or CSM certification a plus
- Bonus: experience with technical programs (infrastructure migrations, API launches, platform builds) or familiarity with Agile/Scrum at scale
