Program Manager

About The Role

The role drives cross-functional technical programs end-to-end, aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver complex enterprise software initiatives on schedule.

You will remove execution roadblocks, establish rigorous release cadences, and translate high-level business goals into actionable engineering milestones using agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical initiatives across distributed engineering and product teams
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
• Identify technical dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery risks, implementing mitigation strategies early
• Establish program KPIs and operational metrics to track project velocity, quality, and stakeholder alignment
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical leadership through status reports and executive summaries
• Facilitate retrospectives to continuously improve engineering processes and team velocity
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a high-growth technology environment
• Deep familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile frameworks, and cloud infrastructure delivery
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, and BI dashboards for tracking metrics
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills under tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications and prior experience managing large-scale data migration or cloud infrastructure projects
