Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage program timelines, dependencies, and milestones across multiple engineering and product teams using Jira and Confluence
- Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks to project timelines, ensuring critical paths remain unblocked
- Design and implement standard operating procedures to streamline technical delivery and release cycles
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional sprint planning, standups, and retrospective meetings to ensure team alignment
- Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining comprehensive documentation and program status reports
- 4-7 years of program or project management experience in a fast-paced software engineering environment
- Demonstrated expertise with agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and modern project management tools like Jira and Asana
- Strong technical literacy, including a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure concepts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or equivalent agile certification, and experience with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau
