Program Manager

About The Role

The role drives execution across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, owning the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-quarter programs in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

This work matters because product velocity depends on it: the Program Manager turns ambiguous goals into structured plans, keeps dependencies visible, and ensures cross-functional teams ship on time without burning out.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs, owning roadmaps, milestones, and launch readiness reviews
• Run planning and execution rituals — sprint planning, quarterly OKR alignment, steering committees — using Jira, Confluence, and Asana
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact timelines
• Build and maintain program dashboards tracking progress, health, and delivery metrics for leadership reviews
• Partner with engineering, product, and design leads to scope work, sequence releases, and manage launch cutovers
• Drive post-launch retrospectives and process improvements, turning lessons learned into standardized playbooks
• Manage program budgets, vendor coordination, and resourcing tradeoffs with functional leaders
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of program or project management experience, ideally at a high-growth technology company
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team software programs from kickoff through launch
• Hands-on expertise with Jira, Asana, or similar tools, plus strong data skills in SQL, Sheets, or BI dashboards
• Excellent written communication — status updates, exec summaries, and RFCs that people actually read
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: PMP or CSM certification, experience with platform/API products, or background supporting remote-first distributed teams
