The product manager will collaborate directly with software architects, data scientists, and frontend engineers to define product roadmaps, prioritize feature backlogs, and drive high-impact launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core technical infrastructure based on user research, market analysis, and business objectives
- Write detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex distributed systems and APIs
- Partner with engineering leadership to prioritize sprint backlogs, manage scope tradeoffs, and maintain velocity without sacrificing technical quality
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, and SQL queries
- Drive cross-functional go-to-market execution by coordinating with marketing, sales, customer success, and legal teams
- Conduct user interviews, beta testing programs, and feedback loops to continuously iterate on product features
- 3–6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technical infrastructure
- Demonstrated technical fluency with the ability to discuss system architecture, API design, and data pipelines with senior engineers
- Strong proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and product analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: MBA, hands-on software development background, or prior experience scaling AI/ML products
