Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve operating processes across planning, project intake, execution tracking, change management, and post-project review
- Coordinate cross-functional programs using tools such as Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace; maintain timelines, owners, dependencies, and decision logs
- Build dashboards and recurring reports in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Sheets to track delivery, productivity, service levels, and operational KPIs
- Document standard operating procedures, control points, and escalation paths for technical and business workflows
- Identify bottlenecks through process analysis, stakeholder interviews, and data review; implement improvements and measure their impact
- Manage relationships with software vendors and internal tool owners, including renewals, access controls, usage reviews, and issue resolution
- Prepare operating reviews for leadership, clearly surfacing risks, tradeoffs, decisions needed, and progress against quarterly goals
- 3-8 years of experience in operations, project management, program management, business operations, or a related cross-functional role
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong proficiency with project-management, documentation, collaboration, and spreadsheet tools; experience with Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
- Analytical ability to define KPIs, interpret operational data, build practical reporting, and translate findings into process improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record of driving accountability without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: experience with SQL, business intelligence tools, SaaS administration, ITIL or Agile operating practices, vendor management, or operations in a cloud software environment
