Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for CRM, billing, reporting, and workflow improvements
- Analyze data in SQL and spreadsheets to identify trends, reconcile discrepancies, and explain business performance
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting
- Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Partner with engineering, data, finance, sales, and customer operations teams to deliver system and process changes
- Test system updates and integrations, validate data quality, and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Measure the impact of launched improvements through operational, pipeline, and revenue KPIs
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a related role
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills, including querying relational data, joining datasets, and building analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience working with CRM and business systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Snowflake, or similar platforms
- Ability to create clear requirements, process documentation, data definitions, and reporting specifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, economics, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with BI tools, dbt, APIs, SaaS integrations, Salesforce administration, or revenue-recognition and forecasting workflows
