Key Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize core operational workflows and standard operating procedures using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Lead cross-functional technical programs, tracking engineering deliverables, sprint timelines, and resource allocation
- Analyze infrastructure and operational metrics via SQL, Tableau, and Datadog to eliminate bottlenecks and improve system reliability
- Manage vendor evaluation, procurement, and technical tooling lifecycles to support high-growth engineering teams
- Facilitate risk assessments and incident post-mortems, translating findings into actionable process improvements
- Partner with finance and engineering leadership to forecast resource capacity and operational budgets
- 4-7 years of operations management, technical program management, or project management experience within a high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated expertise in workflow design, process automation, and data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and executive teams
- Proven track record of scaling internal operations and delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma certification; experience with Python scripting for process automation
