Operations Manager

About The Role

The role owns the operational backbone of the technology infrastructure, managing cross-functional execution and process scaling across distributed engineering and product teams.

The position requires designing resilient workflows, optimizing internal tooling, and driving complex technical programs from initial scope to successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize core operational workflows and standard operating procedures using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
• Lead cross-functional technical programs, tracking engineering deliverables, sprint timelines, and resource allocation
• Analyze infrastructure and operational metrics via SQL, Tableau, and Datadog to eliminate bottlenecks and improve system reliability
• Manage vendor evaluation, procurement, and technical tooling lifecycles to support high-growth engineering teams
• Facilitate risk assessments and incident post-mortems, translating findings into actionable process improvements
• Partner with finance and engineering leadership to forecast resource capacity and operational budgets
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of operations management, technical program management, or project management experience within a high-growth technology company
• Demonstrated expertise in workflow design, process automation, and data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and executive teams
• Proven track record of scaling internal operations and delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma certification; experience with Python scripting for process automation
