The role owns demand generation and brand marketing for a high-growth technology company, translating positioning into integrated campaigns that reliably drive qualified pipeline and market awareness.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role partners closely with sales, product, and design to plan, launch, and measure multi-channel programs across email, paid media, SEO/SEM, and social — with clear ownership of funnel metrics and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, webinars, and content syndication
- Own campaign performance: define KPIs, build dashboards in GA4 and HubSpot, and optimize against CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Develop and manage the content calendar in partnership with writers and designers, shipping on-brand assets including landing pages, ebooks, and nurture sequences
- Run structured A/B tests on messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve funnel conversion rates
- Manage SEO/SEM strategy, including keyword targeting, ad spend allocation, and technical SEO collaboration with web engineering
- Own a six-figure program budget and vendor relationships across agencies, ad platforms, and martech vendors
- Report campaign performance and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership monthly
- 4-7 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience, including 2 years owning demand generation or campaign management at a tech company
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker)
- Demonstrated track record of campaigns that produced measurable pipeline or revenue impact
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to craft compelling messaging for technical and business audiences
- Solid grasp of paid media mechanics, attribution models, and funnel analytics
- Excellent project management; comfortable running 5 concurrent campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus: experience in SaaS or developer-focused products, familiarity with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase), and copywriting or SEO certification
