The position partners closely with sales, product, and design to plan, launch, and measure multi-channel campaigns across SEO/SEM, paid media, and social.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated B2B tech marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, and organic search channels
- Own digital campaign analytics, defining KPIs and building attribution reporting based on CAC, LTV, conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Manage the SEO/SEM strategy, conducting keyword research, technical optimizations, and continuous content audits
- Execute A/B testing frameworks across landing pages, ad creative, and email copy to optimize funnel conversion rates
- Partner with product marketing and creative teams to produce high-converting collateral, case studies, and web assets
- Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend allocation across performance channels and vendor relationships
- 4-7 years of digital marketing experience within the B2B or B2C tech sector with a track record of driving pipeline
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics suites (HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Semrush, or Marketo)
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in SEO best practices, paid media bidding strategies, and conversion rate optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience marketing developer tools, SaaS infrastructure, or complex enterprise software solutions
