About The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist runs the day-to-day engine behind demand generation: campaign execution, SEO/SEM, email programs, and web performance for a fast-growing technology company.

The role sits at the intersection of analytics and execution — building campaigns in HubSpot and GA4, optimizing paid search spend, and turning performance data into decisions the marketing team acts on weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn, Meta), and organic channels
• Own SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs), and content recommendations that grow organic traffic
• Build and manage automated email workflows and nurture sequences in HubSpot or Marketo
• Monitor and optimize paid media performance weekly against CPA, ROAS, and pipeline-contribution targets
• Track campaign performance in GA4 and Looker Studio; build dashboards and report results to marketing leadership
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creative, and subject lines to improve conversion rates
• Coordinate with designers, writers, and sales to ship campaign assets on schedule
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally at a B2B or B2C technology company
• Working proficiency with HubSpot or Marketo, Google Ads, and GA4
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword strategy and technical site health
• Experience managing paid media budgets of $5K per month with measurable results
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic analysis; able to turn metrics into recommendations
• Strong written communication and the ability to juggle multiple concurrent campaigns
• Bonus: HubSpot certification, experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, web development basics (HTML/CSS), or familiarity with Ahrefs/Semrush toolkits
