Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting structures in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to track company-wide KPIs
- Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets from Snowflake or BigQuery data warehouses
- Collaborate with analytics engineers to define requirements for dbt models, ensuring clean and reliable data structures for downstream business analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc exploratory data analyses to identify operational bottlenecks, customer behavior trends, and revenue optimization opportunities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to design, track, and analyze A/B tests to validate new feature launches and user experiences
- Establish data governance best practices, ensuring documentation of metric definitions, data lineage, and dashboard inventory remains accurate
- 3–6 years of experience working as a data analyst, business intelligence analyst, or analytics engineer in a fast-paced technology environment
- Advanced proficiency in writing structured, efficient, and performance-optimized SQL queries
- Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade dashboards in modern BI tools, with a strong emphasis on data visualization best practices
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and basic ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like dbt
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Information Systems
- Bonus: Experience writing Python or R for statistical analysis, familiarity with Airflow, or knowledge of SaaS business metrics
