Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic reading ability to understand instructions and safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely, typically up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Demonstrated reliability with regular and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, but hours will be mostly during production hours (daytime).

Responsibilities:

- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas for easy access by production staff.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as assigned.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to sanitation standards.
- Work with Production to assist with tasks when the dishes are complete.
