About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care while leading and supporting Licensed Practical Nurses and CNAs in delivering high‑quality nursing services. You’ll ensure that all care meets federal and state regulations, licensure requirements, and organizational standards. What You’ll Do
Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care to residents
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in daily care activities
Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, regulations, and facility policies
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice
Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe care environment
What We’re Looking For
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience
Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Qualifications
Current, active Nursing License
CPR certification
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
