We’re hiring a Client Service Advisor who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering high-quality service to commercial insurance clients. In this key client-facing role, you’ll partner with internal teams to support account retention, manage policy needs, and ensure timely, accurate client solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted client contact for day-to-day insurance service matters
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Claims teams to support retention and growth
- Handle policy changes, certificates, renewals, and client communications
- Assist with compliance reviews, carrier relations, and service improvements
- Support escalations and occasionally travel to client sites
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in Commercial Insurance
- Active New York State Property & Casualty License
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and highly organized
- Proficient in policy service, client interaction, and carrier coordination
- Must have a valid New York State Driver’s License
