We are conducting an exclusive search for an experienced Benefits Administrator to manage day-to-day benefits administration and leave processes in a collaborative, professional environment.
This is an opportunity to expand your benefits expertise, work with a variety of benefit programs, and make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
What You'll Do
- Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, voluntary benefits, and COBRA programs.
- Process enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, eligibility changes, and benefits-related billing and payroll reconciliations.
- Coordinate leaves of absence, including FMLA, New York Paid Family Leave, and disability.
- Serve as a resource for employees and HR teams, responding to benefits questions and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and brokers while maintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and benefits administration.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in benefits administration, HR administration, or a related role.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and leave administration.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Comfort using HR systems, benefits platforms, and other technology.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally and manage competing priorities.
