Due to continued growth in the Houston market, they are looking for a Project Executive to oversee multiple ground-up projects ranging from $20M .
The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality, while leading and developing project teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing multiple ground-up commercial projects ($20M )
- Leading Project Managers and project teams across multiple jobs
- Driving preconstruction, budgeting, and scheduling strategy
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensuring project performance across schedule, cost, and quality
- Managing contracts, risk, and overall project delivery
- Working closely with field leadership to ensure seamless execution
What We're Looking For:
- 12 years of construction experience with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects ($20M )
- Strong experience within the Houston construction market
- Background working with top ENR-ranked General Contractors
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities
- Strong job tenure
Compensation & Benefits:
- $150K – $190K base salary
