A Healthcare organization in Connecticut is seeking a Benefits Administrator to join their Human Resources team. The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, disability, voluntary benefits, retirement, and leave programs
- Maintaining enrollment accuracy through audits and reconciliation across HRIS, carriers, and payroll
- Ensuring compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations
- Partnering with carriers, brokers, and TPAs to resolve escalations, monitor SLAs, and support renewals
- Supporting open enrollment planning, employee communications, and audit readiness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of benefits administration experience (or CEBS/CBP certification with 3-5 years, or 8-10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong working knowledge of benefits compliance regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information
Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000
