A Healthcare organization in Connecticut is seeking a Senior Benefits & Compensation Analyst to join their Human Resources team. The Senior Benefits & Compensation Analyst will be responsible for:
- Conducting market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations to ensure competitive, equitable pay
- Maintaining pay ranges and supporting annual compensation cycles and incentive plan administration
- Supporting day-to-day operations of health, welfare, and retirement programs, including plan performance and cost analysis
- Preparing dashboards, pay equity analyses, and executive-level reporting
- Leading annual enrollment timelines, communications, and system updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field and 5-7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards (or CEBS/CBP certification with 3-5 years, or 7 years of LOA administration experience)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000
