An established commercial mechanical services organization is seeking a driven Maintenance Sales Representative to grow new business throughout Northern Colorado.
This is a true hunter role focused on opening doors, building relationships, and selling recurring commercial maintenance agreements that help customers reduce risk, control costs, improve reliability, and avoid expensive equipment failures.
HVAC experience is not required. We can teach the industry. We’re looking for someone with strong sales instincts, curiosity, competitiveness, and a proactive approach to building relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, and field activity
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities
• Meet with business owners, facilities teams, and decision-makers
• Conduct discovery conversations and understand customer needs
• Manage the sales process from first contact through signed agreement
• Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams
Qualifications:
• 2 years outside sales experience
• Strong prospecting and business development skills
• Experience with proactive outreach and relationship building
• Background in B2B, consultative, service, or solution-based sales preferred
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage activity goals
• Valid driver's license
