Evergreen Beauty Bar is looking for a licensed hairstylist to join our salon! We’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, dependable, and excited to grow their business in a welcoming and supportive salon environment.
This is a booth rental position, giving you the freedom to manage your own clientele, schedule, services, and income while working alongside other beauty professionals.

Booth rental pricing varies depending on the space you choose within the salon. We have different space options available and would love to give interested stylists a tour so you can see the salon and decide which space would work best for you and your business.
What Evergreen Beauty Bar Provides
We want our renters to have a comfortable space to work while taking some of the everyday salon responsibilities off their plate.
We provide:
- Shampoo and conditioner for the salon wash station
- Access to the shampoo/wash area
- Laundry services for salon towels
- Complimentary drinks and snacks for clients

- Shared/common areas for you and your clients
- A welcoming atmosphere where you can grow your own brand and clientele

What You’ll Be Responsible For
As an independent booth renter, you will operate your own business within Evergreen Beauty Bar. You will be responsible for:
- Managing your own clients and appointments
- Setting your own service menu and pricing
- Providing your own hairstyling tools, products, color, and supplies needed for your services unless otherwise discussed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements
- Managing your own payments, taxes, business expenses, and business records
- Maintaining all licenses required to legally operate your business
Requirements
- Current Virginia Cosmetology License
- Current business license and any other registrations/licenses required to operate your independent beauty business
- Professional and dependable
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Ability to independently manage your appointments and clientele
- Passion for the beauty industry and providing a great client experience
- Willingness to maintain a positive and respectful salon environment
An established clientele is a plus, but we also welcome motivated stylists who are actively building their clientele and want a salon environment where they can grow.

Pay: $29.91 - $36.02 per hour
