Evergreen Beauty Bar is looking for a licensed lash artist to join our salon! We’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, dependable, and passionate about providing quality lash services while growing their own business.
This is a booth rental position, allowing you to manage your own schedule, clientele, services, pricing, and income while working in a supportive salon environment alongside other beauty professionals.

Booth rental pricing varies depending on the space you choose within the salon. We have different space options available and would love to give interested lash artists a tour so you can see the salon and choose the space that works best for you and your business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
As an independent booth renter, you will operate your own lash business within Evergreen Beauty Bar. You will be responsible for:
- Managing your own clients and appointments
- Setting your own service menu and pricing
- Providing your own lash supplies, products, tools, and equipment unless otherwise discussed
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Properly sanitizing and disinfecting tools and surfaces between clients
- Providing excellent customer service
- Following all sanitation, safety, and licensing requirements
- Managing your own payments, taxes, business expenses, and records
- Maintaining all licenses required to legally operate your business
Requirements
- Current Virginia license required to legally perform lash services
- Current business license and any other registrations/licenses required to operate your independent beauty business
- Knowledge of proper lash application, sanitation, and client safety
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage your appointments and clientele
- Passion for the beauty industry and providing a great client experience
- Willingness to maintain a positive and respectful salon environment
Experience with services such as classic lashes, hybrid lashes, volume lashes, lash fills, lash removal, lash lifts, and/or lash tinting is a plus depending on your licensing and training.
An established clientele is a plus, but we also welcome motivated lash artists who are actively building their clientele and looking for a salon environment where they can grow.

Pay: $29.91 - $36.02 per hour
