Title: Distribution Center (DC) Facility Manager
Reports To: National Warehouse Manager
Position Summary
Everflow Supplies’ Distribution Center Facility Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations to ensure employee safety, inventory accuracy, quality standards, and on-time delivery performance. This role oversees Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory functions while driving continuous improvement, team development, and operational excellence across the distribution center.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to warehouse teams, ensuring a safe work environment and high standards of quality, productivity, and delivery performance
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize Shipping and Receiving schedules, including managing unscheduled downtime and maximizing efficient use of labor resources
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operating efficiency, proactive problem-solving, and waste/error reduction
- Achieve and maintain established customer order fill rates and service-level expectations
- Manage and support Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory teams within the Distribution Center
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of finished goods, work-in-process materials, raw materials, and waste
- Track, trace, and expedite pick labels and customer orders to support smooth inbound and outbound warehouse flow
- Address customer complaints promptly, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Follow up with transportation carriers to ensure all shipments are OTIF (On Time In Full)
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and constructive performance guidance to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations to support employee development and strengthen team capabilities
- Enforce warehouse policies, attendance standards, and corrective action procedures as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, workplace safety policies, DOT regulations, and OSHA requirements
- Drive the implementation, tracking, and continuous improvement of key performance metrics
- Collaborate with the management team to improve overall efficiency, accuracy, workforce skill levels, and operational controls
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with management and hourly team members
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in logistics and warehouse operations, including reach truck, order picker, and forklift operation
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated leadership, management capability, and operational vision to meet or exceed performance expectations with a sense of urgency
- High level of integrity and respect in all interactions
Physical Requirements
- Moderate walking, standing, and climbing throughout the shift
- Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of pallets and products
- Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching (up to 15% of the shift), and reaching
- Ability to lift and handle objects weighing 30 pounds on a frequent basis
- Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, dust, cold, heat, and loud noise
- Above-average coordination (eye-hand, hand-foot, balance) and physical endurance
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
