We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet customers and visitors
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Perform basic data entry and maintain customer records
- Handle general office tasks (filing, emails, light paperwork)
- Assist office staff as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry)
- Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Previous office or receptionist experience preferred but not required
