As a receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our hospital runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the front desk.
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records.
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the veterinary team.
- Providing a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We’re seeking candidates who:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Possess a warm and professional attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Are comfortable working with computers and learning new software.
- Prior experience is preferred but not required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
