Introduction:
This position is for a Project Manager with extensive experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, business analysis, and digital transformations within the real estate industry. They will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with IT stakeholders, and driving digital initiatives to improve business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts and provide leadership to project teams
- Collaborate with Real Estate Business users and IT stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address technical issues and provide updates on project progress
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that arise during project execution
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by effectively managing resources and tasks
- Interact with third-party vendors to coordinate project activities
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management with a focus on Real Estate
- Experience in Digital Transformations within the real estate domain
- Strong business analysis skills
- Ability to simulate customer activities and act as the voice of the customer
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Clarity PPM/ Field Glass, ServiceNow
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Real Estate Commercial Mortgage Lending
- Previous experience working with IT stakeholders in the real estate industry
