We are seeking a skilled Anodizer to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate anodizing equipment and machinery according to established procedures.
- Prepare aluminum parts for anodizing by cleaning and inspecting them for defects.
- Monitor the anodizing process, adjusting parameters as necessary to achieve desired results.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in anodizing or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with chemical handling and safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial equipment is advantageous.
