Job Summary
EVAD Anodizing is looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our growing team as an Anodizing Technician. No anodizing experience is required—we are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn a skilled trade.
In this role, you'll learn the complete anodizing process, helping produce high-quality aluminum components for a variety of industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay is highly negotiable based on experience, work ethic, and mechanical ability.
Responsibilities
- Learn and safely operate anodizing equipment and processing tanks.
- Prepare aluminum parts by cleaning, inspecting, masking, and racking components.
- Assist with the anodizing process while following established procedures.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Learn proper chemical handling and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work with team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
- Assist with general shop duties as needed.

- Manufacturing, warehouse, machine shop, automotive, or industrial experience.
- Experience using hand tools or measuring tools.
- Forklift or overhead crane experience.
- Experience working around chemicals or industrial equipment.
