What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC / Plumbing/Remodeling Tech | Full Time position at EVA Home Services?
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC technician who can also handle moderate carpentry work in the field. If you know your way around a unit and a saw, and you don’t need a pep talk to get out of bed in the morning, keep reading.
Non‑negotiables (seriously):
- Integrity — you do the right thing even when no one’s watching
- Reliability — showing up is half the job, doing it right is the other half
- Strong work ethic — you take pride in your craft
- Accountability — you own your work, not excuses
- No complaining — we already have HVAC units whining; we don’t need people doing it too
- Drug‑free — if you can’t pass a test, this isn’t the gig
- Your own tools — because a real tech has their own favorites
- Reliable transportation — “my ride fell through” is not a business plan
- Bonus points if you can fix a system, frame a wall, and still crack a joke without slowing down production.
