Position Summary
The Aesthetic Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, non-surgical cosmetic treatments while ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and exceptional results. This role combines clinical expertise with a strong focus on patient experience, education, and aesthetic outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Nurse with experience in aesthetic medicine, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Treatments
- Perform aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, and other non-invasive procedures
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
- Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
Clinical Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all treatments are performed in accordance with medical protocols and state regulations
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and compliant treatment environment
- Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and proper handling of medical equipment
- Assist with complication management and follow-up care
Patient Experience & Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with patients to encourage retention and repeat visits
- Provide personalized recommendations and treatment plans
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury-level patient experience
- Support patient satisfaction and service recovery when needed
Sales & Practice Growth
- Recommend appropriate treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Support practice revenue goals through service and retail sales
- Participate in promotional events, consultations, and marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- 1–3 years of nursing experience (aesthetic experience REQUIRED)
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with injectables (Botox, fillers), or skin rejuvenation procedures
- Background in medical aesthetics
- Aesthetic certifications or advanced injector training
- Experience in a luxury med spa or high-end clinical environment
