Duties
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and safety, adhering to all clinical protocols and industry standards
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, assess suitability for procedures, and explain treatment options clearly
- Maintain detailed documentation of treatments performed, including client records and consent forms using advanced salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and product recommendations to ensure optimal results and satisfaction
- Manage social media platforms by sharing before-and-after photos, engaging with followers, and promoting special offers to expand our community reach
- Uphold strict sanitation and infection control practices in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products, body care items, and aesthetic tools that complement treatments and enhance client results
- Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and providing exceptional guest services that foster loyalty
- Participate in product demos, training sessions, and ongoing education to stay current on the latest aesthetic techniques and industry trends
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with current state certification required; experience in medical aesthetics preferred
- Proven expertise in administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or comparable systems for client management and documentation
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair extensions, nail care, eyelash extensions, hair styling, makeup application, tattooing, straight razor shaving, hair threading, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, color theory, retail sales strategies, management skills including front desk operations and social media management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients confidently while providing outstanding customer service
- Strong sanitation practices aligned with health department standards
